From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by history. Our iconic main room is adorned with rare books dating back to the 1800s & vintage art pieces capturing iconic moments in New York culture. Every piece of furniture, upcycled from Long Island's finest estates, adds to the charm and sophistication, making it a truly unique venue for any occasion. Located just 25 minutes from Brooklyn and only a 5-minute walk from the Long Island Railroad Station, we invite you to experience a venue that’s as dynamic as your vision. Amenities: - Plug-in Surround Sound - Projector (capable of live TV) - Functional Fireplace. - Antique décor, seating and furniture. (Seats 70) - Hand crafted wood bar & refrigerator. - 3 Bathrooms - Showers - Food prep room - Hot Plate - Private enclosed rooms. PRICING: $200/hr which includes all amenities and access to the space. Your $200 deposit will go towards the final cost. Book a 6 HOUR event and save $200. We are flexible and accommodating to any requests and needs! We also have a long list of our preferred vendors that can make your day into whatever you imagined! Please note our space is not handicap accessible at this time.
